Snooty Sales
Have you met snooty sales staff before? I'm not sure about the situation in America, but when I went there, everyone was pleasantly polite.
And in Singapore, we are pretty bad in service standards, sad to say.
In an article in a newspaper today, Hermes, Hugo Boss and Chanel have bad salesstaff. Prada wins with topnotch sales.
I hate snooty salespeople. I went to the jeans section in Isetan Scotts once and was in school uniform. When I asked for the price of the jeans, the salesperson said, "$300 plus". Nobody tells me a price is "$300 plus". Nobody. I never went there again and never will.
