A/W'06 - Hiker or Motorcycle

I was not a fan of those Marc Jacobs Fall boots:

Weird heel, too mountaineer/hiker, too masculine, too chunky, too army.

I did however, prefer the MaxMara boot - motorcycle slouchy, wearable, sleek. Even the laces looked better.
