A/W'06 - Pollini or Prada?

The 60s silhouette thing and the Edie Sedgwick obsession is already an overused topic. The whole love for everything Factory Girl is sickening. But still, I liked Pollini. Their short mini dresses were glamourous and cute. I'rd rather wear any of those than...

Any from the above. At Prada, the palette was back to black and sombre. It was extremely stern - with models looking like serious academics, carrying books around (how pretentious) in dreary garb.

It might have been intriguing food-for-thought for others, but Prada was just all yawn for me this time.
